Report Schedule Log (Company)

Evo.NET has the ability to e-mail any report as a .PDF attachment. To do so, click the E-mail button visible while viewing a report and enter a To address and a Message and click send.

Rather than make the user wait for the report to be generated (which may take some time for larger reports and depending on the load on the server), exported to a .PDF, attached to an e-mail and sent, this action places the instruction in a queue on the server. A background service monitors this queue which will generate and e-mail any entries found using the supplied parameters.

The current status of the queue is shown here as well as historical details and results. Click the refresh button to update the view.

TIP

If you wish to resend any previously queued report, even if it failed previously, you can click the Resend button in the first column on the row.
